[Video Highlights] Swansea 0-1 Liverpool: Lucky Henderson Goal Keeps Reds In Touch

Liverpool closed the gap on the top four after a rather fortuitous Jordan Henderson goal secured a 1-0 victory over Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium on Monday night.

The Swans were on top for much of the first half but a combination of poor finishing and good goalkeeping from Simon Mignolet ensured it was still 0-0 at the break.

Liverpool were much-improved in the second half and eventually broke the deadlock in fortunate circumstances when a tackle from Amat rebounded off Henderson and looped over the hapless Fabianski for 0-1 in the 68th minute.

Swansea barely mustered a response and the Merseysiders held out to secure a vital win that moves them to within two points of fourth placed Manchester United in the Premier League table.
