[Video Goals] Hull 2-3 Chelsea: Remy Scores Winner To Restore Six-Point Lead

Chelsea restored their six-point advantage at the top of the table after beating Hull City 3-2 in a thriller at the KC Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The Blues looked to be cruising to victory as Eden Hazard fired home the opener in the 2nd minute before Diego Costa doubled their advantage with a fine second just six minutes later as he curled past McGregor for 2-0.

Hull got one back when Ahmed Elmohamady was on hand to tap home following some great work by Andrew Robertson down the left wing and the hosts were gifted an equalsier when Thibaut Courtois failed to deal with a Branislav Ivanovic back-pass to allow Abel Hernandez to score for 2-2.

However, with less than 15 minutes remaining, Lois Remy came off the bench to score the winner for Chelsea as he swept home a Willian cut back – although McGregor will feel he should have kept it out.

The win sees the Blues restore their six-point lead over Manchester City with a game in hand.
