[Teams] Arsenal vs Liverpool: Confirmed Line-Ups

By on April 4, 2015

Arsenal entertain Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday lunchtime with both sides looking to give their top four hopes a major boost.

Arsene Wenger has recalled Hector Bellerin at right-back while Per Mertesacker is preferred to Gabriel Paulista alongside Laurent Koscielny at centre-back.

Aaron Ramsey and Santi Cazorla start in midfield so Mesut Ozil plays out on the wing with Danny Welbeck on the bench.

Brendan Rodgers has opted for Kolo Toure ahead of Dejan Lovren to deputise for Martin Skrtel at the back while Lucas Leiva comes into the midfield alongside Joe Allen.

Daniel Sturridge is only deemed fit enough for a place on the bench so Raheem Sterling starts up front.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Arsenal

Ospina, Bellerin, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal, Coquelin, Cazorla, Ramsey, Ozil, Alexis, Giroud

Subs: Macey, Gibbs, Gabriel, Flamini, Rosicky, Walcott, Welbeck
