Manchester United will be looking to bounce back when they take on West Brom at Old Trafford this evening.

Louis van Gaal has been handed a major boost with Wayne Rooney passed fit despite fears he had tweaked knee ligaments after being forced off against Everton last weekend.

Rooney supports Robin van Persie up front with the Dutchman making his first start since injuring his ankle back in February.

However, Michael Carrick remains out injured while Luke Shaw and Jonny Evans are also unavailable after picking up knocks in midweek.
