[Videos] Chelsea Squad Celebrate In Changing Room After Winning PL Title

The Chelsea squad have been celebrating in the changing room after securing the Premier League title with a 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge this afternoon.

The Blues were made to work by their London rivals for the victory but eventually found the breakthrough just before half-time. Eden Hazard was brought down in the area and although he saw the resulting spot kick saved, he headed home the rebound for 1-0.

Chelsea dominated the second half but the Hazard goal proved enough as they held on for a 1-0 victory to wrap-up the title with three games left to play.

The players celebrated in from of the home fans after the final whistle before heading into the changing room to continue the celebrations, with the squad spraying champagne, signing, dancing and posing for photos.
