[Teams] Porto vs Chelsea: Confirmed Line-Ups

Chelsea will look to make it back-to-back Champions League wins when they take on Porto at the Estádio do Dragao tonight.

Jose Mourinho has once again left John Terry on the bench with Kurt Zouma starting alongside Gary Cahill at the back.

John Obi Mikel comes in to the team alongside Cesc Fabregas in midfield with Nemanja Matic dropping to the bench while Ramires comes in for Oscar to add more steel to the side.

Diego Costa starts up front while Eden Hazard is surprisingly left on the bench with Willian coming back in to the attack.
