By on October 8, 2015

Republic of Ireland entertain Germany at the Aviva Stadium in a crucial Euro 2016 qualifier tonight and there is plenty of Premier League interest.

Arsenal star Mesut Ozil starts for the World Cup champions while Liverpool defender/midfielder Emre Can will be hoping to feature from the substitutes bench.

However, Manchester United midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger is a late withdrawal after suffering a muscle injury in training today.

Sunderland’s John O’Shea lines-up in defence for Ireland while Stoke City’s Jonathan Walters starts in attack.

Group leaders Germany are looking to secure their qualification to next summer’s European championships while Ireland need to win one of their final two games to ensure they have at least a play off spot, so it’s all to play for in Dublin this evening.

These are the line-ups:

Subs: Keane, Randolph, Forde, Pearce, O’Kane, Meyler, Doyle, McGeady, McShane, Long, McGoldrick, Gibson.
