Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea was in sensational form once again last night during Spain’s Euro 2016 qualifying win over Ukraine.

After sitting on the bench for last week’s 4-0 victory over Luxembourg, De Gea was brought in to start between the sticks in place of Iker Casillas as Vicente del Bosque made several changes to his line-up.

The United keeper didn’t disappoint as he produced a string of excellent saves to deny Ukraine as the hosts pushed for the win they needed to secure automatic qualification to next summers European Championship finals.

De Gea ended up making an incredible 10 saves during the ninety minutes and his Man of the Match performance helped Spain to a 1-0 victory thanks to a first half goal from Villarreal defender Mario.

Spain ended up finishing five points clear in Group C after winning nine of their ten qualifying matches so head in to the 2016 Euro’s in fine form.
