Tottenham will will look to secure a first leg advantage when they take on Fiorentina in the Europa League on Thursday night Here is the team news and the side we think Mauricio Pochettino will select for the game:

Goalkeeper: Hugo Lloris has been ruled out of the game after picking up a shoulder injury against Manchester City on Sunday. Pochettino says the keeper could also miss Sunday’s Premier League clash with Crystal Palace so Michel Vorm is going to get a run-out in goal.

Defence: Kyle Walker and Danny Rose could be rested for this game with Kieran Trippier and Ben Davies coming in to the full-back slots while Kevin Wimmer should continue alongside Toby Alderweireld in the middle of ddefence with Jan Vertonghen still out with a serious knee injury.

Midfield: Mousa Dembele could be given a breather with Tom Carroll coming in to start alongside Eric Deir in midfield. Ryan Mason and Nabil Bentaleb are also pushing for recalls if Pochettino wants to make further changes.

Attack: Josh Onomah has been added to the squad but I think a place among the substitutes is the best he can hope for as Nacer Chadli and Erik Lamela are likely to come in to the attack.

Dele Alli is expected to be rested so Christian Eriksen should start in the attacking midfield role behind Harry Kane. Heung-min Son is an option to start up front if Pochettino wants to rest his top scorer but I think Kane will keep his place.

Here is how I think we’ll see Spurs line-up:

What do you think? What line-up would you like to see start?
