Chelsea take on Stoke City at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon. Here is the side we think Guus Hiddink will select for the game:

Goalkeeper: Thibaut Courtois is expected to keep his place between the sticks with Asmir Begovic once again among the substitutes.

Defence: John Terry is unlikely to be risked as he looks to overcome a niggling hamstring injury in time for next Wednesday night’s huge Champions League clash with PSG.

Therefore, Branislav Ivanovic should continue at centre-back alongside Gary Cahill with Cesar Azpilicueta at right-back. Kenedy impressed against Norwich in midweek but the Brazilian youngster picked up a knock so could miss out this weekend, meaning Baba Rahman may return at left-back.

Midfield: John Obi Mikel was rested at Carrow Road so he should return against Stoke with Nemanja Matic dropping out while Cesc Fabregas is likely to keep his place in midfield. Although Hiddink has hinted youngster Ruben Loftus-Cheek will get some minutes soon so he could be in the managers thoughts.

Attack: Eden Hazard is a slight doubt with a minor knock so I don’t think Hiddink will take any risks with PSG on the horizon. Willian could therefore get a recall in attack while Bertrand Traore could keep his place along with Oscar in attack with Pedro Rodriguez still out.

Hiddink may be tempted to rest Diego Costa ahead of the Champions League tie but with Alexandre Pato yet to make an appearance following his loan move and Loic Remy out of favour, the Spanish international is likely to start once again this weekend.

Here is how I think we’ll see Chelsea line-up:

What do you think of the line-up? What would be your team?
