Tottenham will look to close in on leaders Leicester City when they take on Aston Villa at Villa Park on Sunday afternoon.  Here is the side we think Mauricio Pochettino will select for the game:

Goalkeeper: Hugo Lloris is certain to keep his place in goal with Michel Vorm once again among the substitutes.

Defence: Danny Rose was left back in North London for Thursday night’s disappointing Europa League loss at Borussia Dortmund so he’s expected to be recalled along with Kyle Walker, who was also rested last time out. Ben Davies and Kieran Trippier are expected to make way.

With Jan Vertonghen still out with a serious knee injury, Kevin Wimmer should continue alongside Toby Alderweireld at the back.

Midfield: Eric Dier also didn’t travel to Germany so he’s almost certain to get a recall in midfield and start alongside Mousa Dembele with Ryan Mason and Tom Carroll dropping out.

Attack: Dele Alli wasn’t risked against Dortmund due to a minor knock but he should come back in to the starting eleven this weekend and join Christian Eriksen and Erik Lamela in attack. Hueng-min Son and Nacer Chadli are among those who’ll drop to the bench with Harry Kane set for a recall in attack after being rested last night.

Here is how I think we’ll see Spurs line-up:

What do you think? What line-up would you like to see start?
