Arsenal will be looking to close the gap on Tottenham when they take on Norwich City at the Emirates on Saturday evening. Here is the side Gooner Mac thinks Arsene Wenger will select for the game:

Goalkeeper: Petr Cech made several good saves to secure a clean sheet at Sunderland last weekend so there is no reason for Wenger to think about making a change in goal.

Defence: Per Mertesacker has come back in for Gabriel for the last two games and we’ve kept two clean sheets so I don’t see the boss making any changes at the back either. This means the German giant will continue alongside Laurent Koscielny while Hector Bellerin and Nacho Monreal will retain their positions in the full-back slots.

Midfield: Aaron Ramsey has forced his way back in to the side in recent games and although I thought he was a little below par last weekend, the Welshman is likely to keep his place in midfield on Saturday.

However, Wenger may be tempted to give Mohamed Elneny a breather as he’s played a lot of football lately which could see Francis Coquelin recalled to the starting eleven. Jack Wilshere made his comeback with a late cameo off the bench against Sunderland and he’ll be looking to build his fitness further with another run-out this weekend.

Santi Cazorla could also be back in the squad after recovering from a knee injury that’s kept him out for five months but a place among the substitutes is the best he can hope for. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is back in full training but isn’t available for selection just yet.

Attack: Our attack was disappointing at the Stadium of Light last weekend so I think we’ll see Danny Welbeck come back in for Olivier Giroud up top. However, that’s likely to be the only change with Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil andAlex Iwobi keeping their places.

Theo Walcott has done nothing from the bench in recent games to suggest he deserves to start while Joel Campbell seems to have fallen out-of-favour.

Here is how I think we’ll see Arsenal line-up:

What do you think? What line-up would you like to see start?
