[Video Goals] Chelsea 1-2 Liverpool: Henderson Stunner Gives Conte The Blues

Jordan Henderson scored a stunner as Liverpool left Stamford Bridge with a hard fought 2-1 victory over Chelsea on Friday night.

The visitors started the better of the two sides and took a deserved lead in the 17th minute when Philippe Coutinho’s in-singing cross was met by Dejan Lovren and the centre-back cooly volleyed home for 0-1.

A rampant Liverpool side doubled their lead in spectacular fashion when captain Henderson curled home a stunning 25 yard strike in to the top corner for 0-2 in the 36th minute.

Chelsea got themselves back in the game shortly after half-time as Nemanja Matic danced his way through the Reds defence before setting up Diego Costa who slotted home to make it 2-1 in the 61st minute.

The hosts continued to push for an equaliser during the closing stages but Liverpool held firm and secured a huge victory which seems them move level with Chelsea in the table on 10 points.
