Some of the Chelsea players have been celebrating on social media after they pulled three points clear of Arsenal at the top of the table thanks to a 1-0 win over West Bromwich Albion at Stamford Bridge this afternoon.

The Baggies set up to frustrate the Blues with plenty of men behind the ball and it took Antonio Conte’s side until the 75th minute to find a winner as Diego Costa won possession deep in the opposition half before curling home a superb left-footed strike in to the top corner.

It turned out to be the only goal of the game and the win ensures that Chelsea move back to the top of the Premier League table and pull three points clear of second-placed Arsenal after they temporarily went top with a win over Stoke on Saturday.

After the game, some of the players have taken to social media to express their delight at the win with Cesar Azpilicueta, Marcos Alonso, Victor Moses and Cesc Fabregas all posted messages on Twitter.

Match-winner Costa also took to Instagram to share a photo and message to his followers after the Brazilian-born hitman scored his 12th goal of the season so far.

Check out what the players have been up to here:

Come on Chelsea!
