Henrikh-Mkhitaryan-Manchester-United

Manchester United will look to continue their push for the top four when they entertain Sunderland at Old Trafford this afternoon.

Jose Mourinho will have to make do without skipper Wayne Rooney as he misses out with a knock today so Juan Mata comes back in to the attack alongside Jesse Lingard and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Daley Blind starts at left-back with Matteo Darmian dropping to the bench while Henrikh Mkhitaryan returns to the squad after recovering from an ankle injury but has to make do with a place on the bench.

Michael Carrick lines-up in midfield along with Ander Herrera and Paul Pogba but there is no place for Eric Bailly in the squad as he’s still not fit from a knee injury.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Man Utd

De Gea, Valencia, Jones, Rojo, Blind, Carrick, Herrera, Pogba, Mata, Lingard, Ibrahimovic

Subs: Romero, Darmian, Smalling, Fellaini, Mkhitaryan, Martial, Rashford

Sunderland

Pickford, Jones, Van Aanholt, Djilobodji, Kone, Denayer, Ndong, Borini, Larsson, Anichebe, Defoe
