Chelsea will be looking to book their place in the fifth round of the FA Cup when they take on Brentford at Stamford Bridge this afternoon.

Antonio Conte has made plenty of changes to his usual starting eleven with Asmir Begovic starting in goal while John Terry skippers the side as he joins Kurt Zouma and Cesar Azpilicueta at the back.

Nathan Chalobah starts in midfield alongside Cesc Fabregas while Nathan Ake gets a chance to impress in the left wing-back role. Michy Batshuayi gets a rare run out up front in the place of Diego Costa – who drops to the bench.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek joins Willian in attack while the likes of Eden Hazard and Victor Moses are on the bench.

Here are the confirmed line-ups
