Some of the Chelsea players have been celebrating online after they moved 11 points clear at the top of the table with a 3-1 win over Swansea City this afternoon.

Things got off to the perfect start at Stamford Bridge when Cesc Fabregas marked his 300th Premier League appearance with the opening goal before Swansea levelled things up on the stroke of half-time through Fernando Llorente.

A howler from Fabianski gifted Chelsea the lead once more when the Swans keeper allowed a Pedro shot to squirm under his hands before Diego Costa wrapped-up the win with a third late on.

The victory means Chelsea move 11 points clear of second-placed Manchester City with 12 games remaining and takes them one step closer to reclaiming the title.

Understandably, some of the players have been celebrating on social media with Pedro, Kurt Zouma and Marcos Alonso all posting messages and photos to their followers on Twitter.

Fabregas also shared a photo on his Instagram account with a message expressing his delight at becoming the first Spanish player to play 300 games in the Premier League.
