[Video Goals] West Ham 1-2 Chelsea: Costa On Target As Blues Go 10 Clear

Eden Hazard and Diego Costa were on target as Chelsea took another step closer to reclaiming the Premier League title with a 2-1 win over West Ham at the London Stadium tonight.

The Blues opened the scoring midway through the first half when Hazard and Pedro combined following a swift break away and the Belgian international beat the offside trap to slot home in the 25th minute.

It was 2-0 shortly after half time as Costa was on hand to bundle home from close range following a 50th minute corner to put Chelsea on total control.

West Ham ensured it was a nervy final few minutes as Andre Ayew teed-up Manuel Lanzini and the midfielder slotted home for 2-1 in the 92nd minute.

However, Chelsea held on to secure a vital 2-1 victory which sees them restore their ten point advantage over Tottenham in the table with 11 games to play.
