Tottenham booked their place at Wembley after easing in to the semi finals of the FA Cup after thrashing Millwall 6-0 at White Hart Lane this afternoon.

Spurs broke the deadlock midway through the first half as Christian Eriksen – who had replaced the injured Harry Kane just minutes earlier – lashed home a fine effort in the 31st minute.

Heung-min Son then doubled the hosts lead with a superb curling effort shortly before half time and put the result beyond doubt with another excellent strike just ten minutes after the re-start.

Dele Alli then made it 4-0 with a simple finish at the far post before Vincent Janssen came off the bench to slot home the fifth goal in the 79th minute – which was the Dutchman’s first goal in open play since joining the club last summer.

Son then completed his hat-trick in stoppage time as King spilled the Spurs strikers volley through his own legs to ensure a comfortable victory which sees Tottenham join Arsenal and Manchester City in the semi finals of the FA Cup with either Chelsea or Manchester United joining them in the last four.
