Chelsea will look to take another huge step towards reclaiming the Premier League title when they take on Manchester United at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

Ahead of the game, Antonio Conte has been speaking to the media at his pre-match press conference this afternoon and he’s given reporters a team news and injury update.

The Italian coach revealed that he needs to check of the fitness of ‘one or two’ players before he’ll be able to finalise his starting eleven to face United but says the general injury situation at the club is positive.

Conte refused to divulge any further details over who the players in question are so we can only speculate but Victor Moses could be one as the Nigerian midfielder only recently returned from a toe injury.

Moses featured during the win at Bournemouth last weekend having missed the previous two games due to a toe problem so perhaps Conte needs to make sure he didn’t suffered any sort of reaction.

Eden Hazard and Diego Costa recently overcame minor knocks too so the attacking duo could also be the players Conte is alluding to but neither player appeared to be carrying any sort of injury against the Cherries last week.

Either way, it sounds like Chelsea expect to have a clean bill of health as they prepare to welcome United to west London sitting seven points clear at the top of the table with just seven games remaining.

Tottenham have the chance to close the gap to four points if they beat Bournemouth at White Hart Lane tomorrow so the pressure could be on the Blues to restore their advantage when Jose Mourinho’s men come to the Bridge on Sunday.
