Tottenham Hotspur start the new Premier League season with a tricky trip to St James’ Park to take on Newcastle United this afternoon.

Mauricio Pochettino has handed a debut to youngster Kyle Walker-Peters as he starts on the right in place of the injured Kieran Trippier while Jan Vertonghen and Toby Alderweirled start in defence.

Ben Davies continues to fill-in on the left as Danny Rose continues to work his way back to full fitness following a long-term knee injury while Moussa Sissoko starts against his former club.

Moussa Dembele gets a start in midfield with Victor Wanyama and Heung-min Son only deemed fit enough to start on the bench.
