Arsenal will look to get back to winning ways when they take on Newcastle United at the Emirates on Saturday afternoon.

Here is the side Gooner Mac thinks Arsene Wenger will select for the game:

Goalkeeper: Petr Cech is expected to once again start between the sticks this weekend with David Ospina having to make-do with a place on the bench.

Defence: Wenger switched to a back four at West Ham last night and after keeping a clean sheet I think the boss will stick with it against Newcastle on Saturday.

Shkodran Mustafi is facing a late fitness test on a thigh injury that’s kept him out in recent weeks and if he’s not ready then Nacho Monreal should keep his place alongside Laurent Koscielny.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles was a surprise starter at the London Stadium and did well but I think we’ll see Sead Kolasinac recalled this weekend with Hector Bellerin keeping his place on the right.

Midfield: Mesut Ozil played in a deeper position in a midfield three against West Ham but I think we might see him deployed slightly further forward at home to Newcastle.

Aaron Ramsey is expected to miss out with a hamstring injury once again so Jack Wilshere could make his second start of the season if Wenger feels he’s ready so soon after playing 90 minutes.

Granit Xhaka’s form has been a worry for several weeks but unfortunately we don’t really have anyone suitable to replace him as Francis Coquelin and Mohamed Elneny aren’t good enough so the Swiss star should keep his place in midfield.

Attack: Alexis Sanchez was well below his best form again last time out and there have been growing calls for him to be dropped but I can’t see Wenger having to balls to leave the Chilean international out.

Alex Iwobi was also poor at West Ham and our attack needs to be freshened up so Danny Welbeck could be given a recall after returning to full fitness recently.

Olivier Giroud failed to take his chance after starting his first Premier League game of the season on Wednesday night so Alexandre Lacazette should be recalled up front and I fancy the 26-year-old to get among the goals against Newcastle.

Here is how I think we’ll see Arsenal line-up:
