Manchester United target Wesley Sneijder admits he is staying with Inter Milan, although he still claims ‘anything is possible’.
The Dutch ace had been linked with a mega money move to the Premiership champions this summer. The former Real Madrid playmaker had appeared open to a switch to Old Trafford with rumours suggesting the Italian giants were also keen to cash in on the £35million rated midfielder.
However, Sneijder does admit “anything is possible” but doesn’t believe there is enough time to complete the transaction.
“I’m staying at Inter. I don’t think I’ll leave at this moment of market,” Sneijder told Dutch TV channel NOS.
“Manchester United? Anything is possible in football, but I don’t think this time something will happen.
“I know that if I were to leave it would have be for the right price, Inter was clear about that. But I have not spoken formally with the two Manchester clubs.”
