Harry Redknapp admits Peter Crouch could still leave White Hart Lane before tonight’s transfer deadline.
Stoke have reportedly tabled a £10million bid for the striker but reports suggest the England international isn’t keen on a switch to the Potters, and Redknapp has admitted the ball is in the players court:
“There are few clubs that want him, but we’ll have to wait and see with that one,” the Spurs manager told Sky Sports News.
“It’s up to Crouchy. I have had Peter at a few clubs and he’s a good player, great guy, but I suppose with (Emmanuel) Adebayor coming in it is an area that we are a little bit overloaded in and he is one that people want.
“If we’re going to do something with somebody then it is a possibility.”
