“World Record Transfer” Fee Required For Arsenal & Chelsea Target

Hulk has warned the likes of Chelsea and Arsenal it will take €100million to prize him away from his current side Porto.

The striker has been linked with both Premier League giants in recent months but the Portuguese outfit have slapped the huge price tag to deter any potential suitors. Hulk claims he has no preference on which league he would like to move to if he was to leave, but he’s fully aware of the world record fee if would require to secure his services:

“I have no preference in any particular league,” he said. “England, Spain and even Italy and Germany have good qualities, but it’s also nice to play in the Portuguese league.

“I’ve been in Porto for three years, and although there is speculation about my future I am only focused on my club. I have a contract here for five years. If I ever have to go then I will, but I am very confident about my future.”

“Porto value me at €100m (£87.6m) and that would be a world-record transfer, but I prefer to do my talking on the pitch with humility and the desire to always prove myself,” said Hulk.

“There are rumours that clubs in England and Italy are interested in me, but I will only concentrate on Porto. If something has to happen in January or at the end of the season then it will happen.
