TRANSFER NEWS: Chelsea Ponder £30m Dutch Wonderkid

By on November 8, 2011

Manchester City and Chelsea are set to lock horns over the signing of Ajax winger Christian Eriksen.

The Mail reports that Chelsea have fired an opening offer thought to be around £22million, testing Ajax’s resolve to hang on to the 19-year-old midfielder, but City are set to trump that with an astonishing £30million bid.

Scouts across Europe’s elite have flocked to watch the gifted youngster, including the likes of Real Madrid, Juventus and Bayern Munich, but it’s the Premiership duo that are thought to be leading the race for his signature.

Eriksen was voted young player of the year last season, which has boasted players such as Wesley Sneijder and Arjen Robben. The talented midfielder has already scored five goals this season as Ajax brace themselves for further offers from Europe’s’ leading clubs and it’s expected Eriksen will move on next summer.

am Chelseafc fun who as dedicated him self to the team but there are some players in the team who are not supportive to the team such as maluoda,Mikel obi,Didier Drogba, bosigwa. such players must be send away from the team and go in for new players like Hulk in Porto,Teves in man city, kelvin De Bruyan. such players like this can help Chelseafc to raise the champions league trophy. l hope my suggestion will be taking into consideration.

again some players have decided not to help Torres in the scoring of goals. players like malouda and denial sturrdige, l think this players need to be cancelling for them to cooperate with Torres in terms of playing on the field. order than that we can never ever have any trophy if they keep on trying to score goals which they will not be able to score. l think if they try and cooperate with Torres whom you and l knows that he is not a bad player can helps the team to meet it target in this season
