Spanish Midfielder Praises Arsenal Talent

Arsenal midfielder Mikel Arteta insists the club are building momentum after another win at the weekend and feels the team has the talent to get even better.

The North Londoners have quickly climbed the table after a disastrous start to the campaign and are now just three points off fourth-placed Chelsea following a fifth win in six league games against West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.

The Gunners cruised to a comfortable 3-0 win in front of their home ground, with Spaniard Arteta getting himself on the scoresheet, and the midfielder believes the Gunners are moving in the right direction.

“Now we are on a run, we are keeping it together and getting clean sheets. That is important,” the Spaniard told Arsenal Player.

“We have to win every game because we are catching up and it is not one or two clubs [chasing the title] like the old days.

“We know we have the talent and the desire in our team to get better.”
