Tottenham went down 1-2 at home to PAOK on a controversial night at White Hart Lane. Spurs quickly found themselves 2-0 down after Salpigidis and Athanasiadis put PAOK ahead inside 15 minutes. However, Spurs were given a lifeline when Stafylidis was harshly adjudged to have handled on the line, resulting in a red card and a penalty to the home side, Luka Modric making no mistake from the spot. There was more controversy when Tottenham got the equaliser in the last 10 minutes when Defoe fired home, only for the referee to rule it out as a PAOK player was down injured at the time, but he didn’t flag or whistle before Defoe found the net. The only controversy was the work rate and manic tackling of the Greek side. Once again Football has shown work rate can win games the last time i seen this type of game was Dynamo Moscow and two of there players failed drug tests for ephedrine. You can see the gaunt looking POA Players and the way they run round dive about and block are classic sines i no 100 percent its in our Football and abroad. Its just bean revealed two German players failed drug tests fro Ephedrine all them years ago and its still happening today with Paddy Kenny and Kolo Toure failing tests.
WHATEVER YOU SAY DAVSPUR… TYPICAL ENGLISH BEHAVIOR…. NEVER PRAISE YOUR OPPONENT, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE LOST TO HIM. OH, BY THEY WAY ITS PAOK. NOT POA YOU ARROGANT… PAOK AND REMEMBER THAT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE
