Norwich welcome Chelsea to Carrow Road in the early Saturday kick off and Andre Villas-Boas has resisted the chance to play new signing Gary Cahill. Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Ruddy, R Martin, Ayala, Whitbread, Naughton, Surman, Pilkington, Fox, Johnson, Morison, Holt.

SUBS: Steer, Drury, Crofts, Jackson, Hoolahan, Bennett, Wilbraham.

Chelsea Team:

Cech; Bosingwa,  Luiz, Terry, Cole; Ramires, Meireles, Lampard; Sturridge, Torres, Mata.

SUBS: Turnbull, Ivanovic, Bertrand, Oriol, Essien, Malouda, Lukaku
