[Video] Gervinho Solo Effort Sends Ivory Coast In To Final of ACON

Arsenal winger Gervinho scored a superb solo effort to send pre-turnament favourites Ivory Coast in to the final of the African Cup of Nations with a 1-0 win over Mali.

Gervinho picked the ball up just inside his own half and drove down the left wing before cutting inside and cooly slotting home into the bottom corner to put the Elephants 1-0 just before half time. Neither team could add to the scoreline so Gervinho, along with Chelsea duo Didier Drogba and Saloman Kalou, and Man City pair Yaya and Kolo Toure will be heading to the final to play Zambia.
