[Teams] Barcelona vs Chelsea: Confirmed Line-ups

By on April 24, 2012

Chelsea have a date with destiny as they face champions Barcelona at the Nou Camp in the second leg of their Champions League semi final tie.

The Blues go in to the game with a 1-0 aggregate lead after grinding out victory at Stamford Bridge last Wednesday despite intense pressure from the Spaniards. Shutting out the Catalans for a second time tonight will ensure Roberto Di Matteo’s men book their place in the 2012 final at the Allian Arena, where either Real Madrid or Bayern Munich will await.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Barcelona Team

Valdes, Pique, Mascherano, Puyol, Xavi, Busquets, Iniesta, Cesc, Cuenca, Messi, Alexis

SUBS: Pinto, Dani Alves, Adriano, Keita, Thiago, Pedro, Tello

Chelsea Team

Cech; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Cole; Meireles, Mikel, Lampard; Ramires, Drogba, Mata.

SUBS: Turnbull, Bosingwa, Essien, Malouda, Torres, Kalou, Sturridge

We’ll have video highlights up shortly after the game so check back later…
