New Arsenal striker Lukas Podolski was on target as Germany registered a 2-1 win over Denmark to secure their place in the quarter finals of Euro 2012 as Group B winners.

The 27-year-old became the youngest ever German to reach 100 caps for his country and celebrated by opening the scoring with a well taken right-footed finish. Krohn-Dehli then levelled for the Danes before Bender made it 2-1 with 10 minutes remaining to make it three wins from three for the Germans.
