[Video Highlights] Lukas Podolski’s Goal-Scoring Display vs Denmark

New Arsenal striker Lukas Podolski scored on his 100th appearance for the German national team during a 2-1 win over Denmark on Sunday.

The 27-year-old became the youngster player to reach the landmark figure for the Germans, but what’s just as impressive is his striker rate with 44 goals in those 100 caps. An excellent return for a player who is often played out wide and not as an out-and-out striker. Hopefully he can make a similar impact at the Emirates next season!

Podolski opened the scoring with a fine right-footed finish during a 2-1 win that saw Germany top their group to qualify for the Quarter finals of Euro 2012. Watch individual highlights of his performance here:

    In my last comment i listed our priority signing and le prof is following me accordingly.RVP is half-solved hes not going,remain M‘Vila,vantonghen & any experience GK as backup for my keeper. With these fulfilled we are TROPHY(IES) bound.
