[Video] Leiva Back As Liverpool Players Return To Pre-Season Training

New Liverpool boss Brenden Rodgers took his first training session this week as the majority of the Reds squad returned to training after the summer break.

Lucas Leiva was back on the training field after missing a large part of last season with a knee injury. He joined the likes of Jamie Carragher, Charlie Adam and Maxi Rodriguez in being put through their paces.

Joe Cole, who spent the whole of last season on loan with Lille, was also back at Melwood and will be looking to impress after being told be Rodgers he will have a fresh chance to resurrect his Liverpool career.
