With the summer transfer window in full swing, Football Talk will be keeping you up-to-date with all the latest transfer news throughout the summer. Today, Malaga have ruled out selling Santi Carzola.
Recent reports have claimed both Arsenal and Tottenham have enquired about the Spanish wingers availability this summer, with the Mirror believing that the player could be available for as little as £10m due to the Spanish outfits reported financial troubles.
Despite the investment from Qatar last year, Malaga are struggling to pay their bills and have been reported to UEFA by Villarreal over non-payment of a portion of Cazorla’s transfer fee while the player is also believed to be owed un-paid wages.
However, when quizzed about the reported interest from Arsenal and Spurs, the clubs owner Abdullah Ghubn has categorically ruled out selling their star man, saying:
“We are not a selling club,”

Gunners manager Arsene Wenger is understood to be looking to add an attacking midfielder to his squad this summer, while Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas is drawing up potential replacements for the want-away Luka Modric, but it seems they may have to look elsewhere.
