Malaga have ruled out selling Arsenal and Tottenham target Santi Cazorla, according to talkSPORT.

Recent reports have claimed both Arsenal and Tottenham have enquired about the Spanish wingers availability this summer, with the Mirror believing that the player could be available for as little as £10m due to the Spanish outfits reported financial troubles.

Despite the investment from Qatar last year, Malaga are struggling to pay their bills and have been reported to UEFA by Villarreal over non-payment of a portion of Cazorla’s transfer fee while the player is also believed to be owed un-paid wages.

However, when quizzed about the reported interest from Arsenal and Spurs, the clubs owner Abdullah Ghubn has categorically ruled out selling their star man, saying:

“We are not a selling club,”
