[Video] Highlights of Shinji Kagawa’s Performance vs Ajax Cape Town

New Manchester United midfielder Shinji Kagawa made his first start for the club following his move from Borussia Dortmund last month, as the Reds drew 1-1 with Ajax Cape Town on Saturday afternoon.

Ajax CT looked to have pulled off a shock win when Van Graan put them ahead, but Bebe hit a late equaliser to save United’s blushes. Kagawa played in the ‘hole’ behind Hernandez and showed he has an eye for a pass with a couple of superb defence-splitting efforts.

He also went close to finding the back of the net but sent a header just wide of the post, but overall Kagawa showed enough to leave United fans excited by his potential to become a class act at Old Trafford.
