With the summer transfer window in full swing, Football Talk will be keeping you up-to-date with all the latest transfer news throughout the summer. Today, Nurin Sahin’s move to the Premier League is in doubt after clubs in Italy entered the race.
Nuri Sahin’s proposed move to Arsenal is in serious doubt after Italian giants AC Milan and Inter Milan entered the race to sign him, according to talkSPORT.
The Turkish international is set to leave Real Madrid after boss Jose Mourinho advised he went on loan for a year in order to get some playing time, with the former Borussia Dortmund ace starting just two league games last season.
talkSPORT claim that Arsenal were close to signing Sahin over the weekend after agreeing a one-year loan deal with Madrid, while the Mirror suggested Manchester United and Tottenham were also in the running after the player supposedly agreed to join a mystery Premier League club on Friday.
However, the proposed move is now in serious doubt after the Milan duo also showed a late interest. AC Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri is set to improve his squad following the sales of Thiago Silva and Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Paris St Germain, and is ready to try and persuade Sahin to choose a move to the San Siro, while Inter are keen to improve their squad after a disappointing Serie A showing last season.
Despite the increasing uncertainty over his future at the Bernabeu, Sahin joined up with the rest of the Real Madrid squad as they flew to America to continue their pre-season preparations but further talks over his future are due to take place.

Disappointed for this. He would have been a great addition for the team! I don’t want another failed negotiation!
well mr levy is currently in america finalising modrics move to madrid so maybe they are talking to sahin as well.
Sahin will be a perfect addition to the Arsenal style of play. he should realize that himself and also consider the amount of game time he will get at Arsenal compared to other clubs
Am tired of all these stories, why cant we get on with these transfers
Whats the point drooling over every player? Success on the pitch is the result of hard work, focus and the obsession to excel. All the talent in the world devoid of these qualities will bring only failure. Remember the Galacticos of Real Madrid, too lazy to put in a decent shift, despite their star power they were hammered again and again by “inferior” harder working teams.
This team has changed now under Mourinho they won the league last year with 100 points and won Barcelona at their own ground so this team Real Madrid not like the old galacticos its more of a young team who are hunger for success for trophies.
Sahin is a good addition 4 the club arsene wenga should keep sign the sahin & caslars is a good sign 4 the gunners………!
wanger shud stop all dis tin he is doing if u wnt 2 sing a player go ahead nd do da #t
wenger should stop being too frugal in his spending.quality don’t come cheap.will b very hapi a have carzi n sahin added a da squard…………….
I just hope Wenger is gonna keep d pressure on… Signing Sahin and Cazorla’s gonna b a big boost for us,unless he’s planning on d return of d League of Extraordinary Fragile Men headed by our very own Abou Diaby…
Of course Sahin’s move is in doubt, because nothing is certain until its signed, sealed and delivered. RVP’s move to Juventus, Citeh and United is in doubt; Luka Modric’s move to Real Madrid or United is in doubt. I really marvel at how websites such as yours turn the blindingly obvious into so-called ‘news’.
