Well – it’s a start! The SUN newspaper reported yesterday that Harry Redknapp was adopting an abused Russian donkey, in the hope of being able to care for him at the new animal sanctuary he is setting up near his home. It was noted that Harry has just as much love for animals as he has for football and is known as the ‘birdman’ when it comes to training sessions at White Hart Lane because he likes to throw pieces of bread on the field for the birds.
