By on September 15, 2012

Chelsea get back to Premier League action today after a two week international break as they visit local rivals QPR at Loftus Road this afternoon.

All eyes will be on the pre-match handshake as John Terry plays against Anton Ferdinand for the first time since being cleared of using racist language against the Rangers defender in the corresponding fixture last season.

Ferdinand returns after recovering from injury as do Blues duo Terry and Cole, who were slight doubts ahead of the game.

 Here are the confirmed line-ups:

QPR Team

Cesar, Bosingwa, Nelsen, Ferdinand, Fabio, Park, Faurlin, Granero, SWP, Johnson, Zamora.

SUBS: Green, Cisse, Taarabt, Mackie, Onuoha, Dyer, Hoilett.

Chelsea Team

Cech, Ivanovic, Cole, Luiz, Terry, Ramires, Lampard, Mikel, Hazard, Bertrand, Torres.

SUBS: Turnbull, Romeu, Oscar, Moses, Sturridge, Cahill, Azpilicueta.
