Chelsea drew 0-0 with Manchester City at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon. Here are player ratings from the game:

Chelsea Ratings

Cech – 6 – Made a few decent saves, particularly from a late Nastasic header, but kicking was a bit below par.

Azpilicueta – 7 – Kept Milner pretty quiet and got forward to support the attacks on occasion, always being an outlet.

Ivanovic – 7 – Won his duel with Dzeko and kept the striker quiet. Also made some surging runs out of defence. Looked more comfortable at centre back.

Luiz – 7 – The Brazilian did well to contain the tricky Aguero. Also was a threat at the other end at set pieces. Much better from Luiz.

Cole – 7 – Solid display from the left back as he deal with Silva and Zabaleta well.

Ramires – 6 -Struggled at times in his battle with Toure in midfield. Was still full of running but could have used the ball better at times.

Mikel – 6.5 – Steady display. Did his job well and helped snuff out the City attack and protected his back four well.

Oscar – 6.5 – Looked dangerous on the ball but lacked a final product.

Mata – 6 – Not in the game as much as he would have liked and much like Oscar, his final ball was missing today.

Hazard – 6 – In and out the game but when he was on the ball he was a huge threat to the City defence. Subbed.

Torres – 5 – Went close with a powerful effort but found chances hard to come by and hardly in the game. Kompany kept him quiet.

Subs

Moses – 6.5 – Used his pace to threaten the visitors backline and looked lively.

Romeu – 6 – Not a huge impact in the game.

Manchester City Ratings

Hart – 6 – Not alot to do. Tipped a powerful effort from Cole over and made a few routine saves.

Zabaleta – 7 – Good display. Solid in defence and always eager to get forward to support the attacks.

Kompany – 7.5 – Dealt with Torres with ease and was a rock at the back all afternoon.

Nastasic – 6 - Good in possession and was solid next to Kompany. Went close with a header.

Kolarov – 6.5 – Solid at the back and dealt with Hazard and Mata well. Put in a few decent crosses at the other end.

Barry – 6.5 – Good display from the England international. Protected the back four and did the dirty bits.

Youre – 7 – Won the midfield battle against Ramires but wasn’t as creative as his usual self.

Silva – 6 – Quiet from the Spaniard. Couldn’t really stamp his creativity on the game.

Milner – 6.5 – Full of running and saw plenty of the ball but didn’t really do a lot with it.

Aguero – 6 – Missed a great chance when he headed straight at Cech when free in the box. Otherwise quiet as the defences were on top.

Dzeko – 5 – Lost out to Ivanovic all afternoon. Looks more dangerous as an impact sub that a starter.

Subs

Tevez – 5.5 – On for Dzeko and at least caused the Chelsea defence problems with his chasing and movement.

Balotelli – N/A

Zabaleta is surely the most underrated player in the league. Easily the best right fullback imo.

Are you crazy? Ivanovic in that position is a beast at defending his flank and already sits on three goals. Even Azpilicueta out shined Zabaleta.
