Tottenham welcome Liverpool to White Hart Lane with both sides looking for a boost in their push for a top-four place.

Spurs currently sit seventh, five points off fourth-placed Chelsea while Liverpool are a further four points adrift, so three points for both sides would be welcome as they look to close the gap.

The home side are without Emmanuel Adebayor through suspension so Jermain Defoe leads the line with Aaron Lennon, Gareth Bale and Clint Dempsey in support. Mousa Dembele returns to the starting eleven

Glen Johnson continues at right back for Liverpool with Stewart Downing on the left side, Jose Enrique continues in his more advanced role on the left wing.
