[Teams] Tottenham vs Reading: Confirmed Line-ups

By on January 1, 2013

Tottenham welcome Reading to White Hart Lane this afternoon looking to regain third spot in the Premier League table.

Spurs dropped back to fourth place after Chelsea beat Everton on Sunday but they will move back above their London rivals with a positive result this afternoon.

Andre Villas-Boas has been forced to make a change with Gareth Bale missing out through suspension, so Gylfi Sigurdsson comes in to the midfield. Emmanuel Adebayor continues up front alongside Jermain Defoe while Kyle Naughton keeps his place at left back.

Scott Parker and Clint Dempsey are on the bench as Vill-Boas sticks with the majority of the team that beat Sunderland. Here are the confirmed line-ups for the game:

Tottenham Team

Lloris, Walker, Dawson, Vertonghen, Naughton, Sandro, Dembele, Lennon, Sigurdsson Adebayor, Defoe
