Manchester United earned a superb 1-1 draw with Real Madrid at the Bernabeu on Wednesday night in the first leg of their Champions League last 16 tie.
United took the lead and got that priceless away goal when Danny Welbeck headed home a corner in the 20th minute. However, their lead didn’t last long as Cristiano Ronaldo netted against his former side just 10 minutes later to level the game at 1-1.
