[Video Highlights] Man Utd 1-0 Reading: Rooney Sends United 15-Points Clear

Manchester United opened up a 15-point gap at the top of the Premier League table after easing past Reading 1-0 at Old Trafford on Saturday evening.

United controlled the game with the visitors struggling to create clear cut opportunities and Wayne Rooney got the winner with a deflected strike from the edge of the box in the 20th minute. The win, combined with Man City’s 2-0 loss at Everton, means United hold a commanding 15-point lead at the top of the table and surely it won’t be long until the red half of Manchester is celebrating regaining the Premiership title.

    Not exactly the most convincing of wins, but enough to get three points.

    Only 13 points left to give them the title.
