[Video Goals] Arsenal 3-1 Norwich: Late Show Moves Gunners Third

By on April 13, 2013

A late flurry of goals helped Arsenal beat Norwich 3-1 at the Emirates and move third in the Premier League table.

After a lackluster first half, Norwich shocked the hosts by taking the lead shortly after the break after Turner headed home a free-kick to make it 0-1. Arsenal were well below par and needed a controversial penalty to get back on level terms. Kamara tangled with Giroud in the box in the 86th minute and the referee’s assistant awarded the penalty with Mikel Arteta making no mistake from the spot.

The Gunners then took the lead in the 89th minute when Bassong put through his own net under pressure from Giroud, who was waiting to tap home Oxlade-Chamberlain’s cross before Podolski sealed the three points in injury time with a fine strike from the edge of the area. Watch all the goals here:
