Tottenham welcome Manchester City to White Hart Lane on Sunday afternoon for a crucial game for both sides.

Spurs head into the match sitting fifth in the Premier League table – three points off fourth-placed Chelsea – so need to put the pressure on with a win today ahead of the Blues visit to Anfield. City on the other hand will be looking to cut United’s lead at the top to 10 points.

Andre Villas-Boas has been handed a major injury boost with Gareth Bale passed fit to play. Jermain Defoe also returns to the bench but Aaron Lennon is still out. Man City have a double injury blow with David Silva and Sergio Aguero both missing out. Samir Nasri and Edin Dzeko start.
