[Video Highlights] Man Utd 3-0 Aston Villa: Stunning Van Persie Hat-Trick Seals Title

By on April 22, 2013

Manchester United blew Aston Villa away with three first half goals to secure the 2012/13 Premier League title at Old Trafford on Monday night.

Robin van Persie was the hero as he scored all three goals including a sensational volley which will surely be right up there as one of the goals of the season. The Dutchman tapped home in the 1st minute to settle any nerves before smashing home a stunning volley from a racking Rooney pass in the 13th minute to make it 2-0. The hat-trick, and the three points, were secured in the 33rd minute when RVP completed his hat-trick. The win ensures the league title for United with four games to spare.
