Luis Suarez has once again hinted that he’s ready to leave Liverpool after confirming he’ll study all offers that come in for him as he looks to join a club competing for the Premier League and Champions League, according to Sky Sports News.

The Uruguayan has been hitting the headlines again this summer after expressing his desire to leave Anfield following another controversial season in England that saw him banned for 10 games for biting Chelsea’s Branislav Ivanovic.

Despite initially claiming he’s become disillusioned with life here and he seemingly wanted a move abroad, the 26-year-old appears to have changed tact and the BBC reported last week that during talks with Ian Ayre and Brendan Rodgers, the players’ agent Pere Guardiola made it clear his cleint simply wanted to join a club playing in the Champions League and may even be prepared to remain in England.

Suarez has been linked with a move to Arsenal and Chelsea in recent weeks with the Gunners understood to be lining up an improved bid having had a £30m offer rejected by Liverpool, but Spanish giants Real Madrid remain the bookies favourite’s to sign him this summer.

Now, Suarez has been speaking again and has once again refused to rule out the idea of remianing in the Premier League, saying he’ll ‘study’ any important offer that comes in for him but reiterated his desire to leave Liverpool in search of challenging for top honours.

“If I receive an important offer to progress my career, I will study it. Some clubs have asked about me but I hand questions over to my agent. I am no stranger to rumours.

“I always want to improve. That’s why I left Ajax for Liverpool.

“But this club needs to fight to enter the Champions League and, when it doesn’t happen, it damages the morale of any player. So I’ve suffered.

“It is hard to view the Premier League every week with never a chance of winning it.

“On top of that, the English media do not understand me. The controversies with (Patrice) Evra and (Branislav) Ivanovic were decisive. There are always extra questions when people analyse me.

“After the Evra incident, it was very difficult to convince people about the ‘real’ Luis Suarez. Things had improved but then the incident involving Ivanovic was another blow.

“Had that not happened, perhaps I would have been regarded as the best Premier League player last season.”

These latest comments will come as another blow to Liverpool, with Brendan Rodgers recently telling talkSPORT that he’s desperate for the striker to remain at Anfield. However, it appears the player has his mind set on a move and with him refusing to rule out a move within the Premier League, the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea are going to continue to show their interest.

Could either one manage to lure him to London, will he end up at Real Madrid, or will Liverpool manage to hang on to him? Only time will tell but this transfer saga looks like it could run right until the end of the window.
