[Video Goals] Tottenham 1-3 Sunderland: Sigurdsson Goal Not Enough For Spurs

By on July 24, 2013

Tottenham lost 3-1 to Sunderland in the opening game of the Barclays Asia Trophy at the Hong Kong National Stadium on Wednesday.

Gylfi Sigurdsson opened the scoring midway through the first half but a mistake from Tom Huddlestone allowed Cebral to equalise for the  Black Cats just 6 minutes later. Goals from Brown and Karlsson after the break saw Sunderland run out 3-1 victors to secure a place in the final where they will play either South China or Manchester City.

Spurs ‘B’ team looked good! If half of those players get a start in the first game at Palace then i’m a monkeys uncle.

    Sell Parker,Huddlestone,Dempsey,Ade and Defoe,
Parker and Hudd very slow and why Holtby didn’t play.

Err.. nice suggestion? Selling half the bloody team?

Do you have any idea on the basic running of a 25 men squad?

We have no striker enough already, you want us to get rid of, well, ALL (aka two) of them?

      Amazing.
